  Automate pre-trip advisories with destination specific emails that are fully customizable to include anything from corporate travel policies to relevant medical information, local contact numbers, SOS member card information, medical kit order form, recent security intelligence forecasts, and weather reports. ActivTravel also helps to streamline the enforcement of corporate travel policies by providing customers the tools to define, distribute, monitor and
  enforce compliance. Travel managers can specify travel parameters within the system to align with their corporate travel policies, such as destinations, risk ratings, airlines and dates of travel. Should an itinerary fall outside the specified parameters, the system generates an automatic alert notification of the violation. The system can be configured to send the alert to the travel manager, to the traveler and/or to regional managers responsible for the safety of the traveler.

• Evaluate country risk profiles
  ActivTravel alerts corporate travel managers and travelers to risks prior to and during travel. Prior to departure, travel managers and travelers receive a detailed country risk profile that includes information such as special security precautions the traveler should take, visa requirements, health and safety risks and preventative medical requirements. During their trip, itinerary delays are monitored as well as all-hazard incidents happening in proximity to the traveler’s location. Travel managers and travelers receive alerts of real-time incidents in proximity to their location that could have an impact.

• Instantly visualize active or pending travelers worldwide
  ActivTravel displays traveler icons on the ESA map console so members can instantly see locations around the world where they have active or pending travelers in relation to an unfolding incident, drill down to itinerary details, determine if any travelers are in harm’s way based on an unfolding incident and communicate with the affected travelers. Having the ability to quickly visualize travelers in a particular location when an incident occurs better prepares organizations to assess risks to the travelers, and make more informed decisions on how best to address the situation.
